It’s that time again, new year, new resolutions.. Diets, joining gyms, healthy food, being active, no alcohol… Is that what it’s really about? I think most of all, it’s about finding what makes you happy and makes you feel good. Don’t go following some silly diet you’ve seen online and think it will make you be feel better, because I don’t believe it will. Don’t deprive your body from things you love but don’t indulge in unhealthy foods either.
If you’re looking for a new year’s resolution.. I would suggest: DO MORE. If you’re stuck in a rut and looking to get out of it- meet new people, get active, try something new, challenge yourself and just enjoy life.. That’s what our activities are all about. We all lead very busy lives and I understand how hard it is to get up and go after a long day at work, but it’s always worth it and it definitely always makes you feel good.
An All Female Boxing 3 Week Course is coming up, starting 1st February. I’ve never done boxing before, so I am very excited. I really look forward to having something new to try, something to get me out, meet more amazing ladies and get home feeling even better! You might get to the end of 3 weeks and decide you don’t like boxing, but you will have still got something out of it, I am sure. Set yourself goals, write down what YOU want to achieve, where you want to be and how you’re going to do it. Everything is possible, all it takes is a lot of work, passion and commitment. But you only get 1 shot at life, so make the most of it.
